APPLICATION FLOW

Submit Application Materials by Process

Fill in basic information

Submit entity materials such as registered merchant name, merchant short name, merchant type, business category, MCC code and business license.

Fill in contact information

Provide contact name, phone number, email and merchant address so the NewPay team can review the application.

Online Business Information

Operating scenario Official website, App download link, Official account APPID or mini program APPID

Submit legal representative information

Fill in the legal representative's name, date of birth, nationality, ID type, ID number and validity period, and upload both sides of the ID.

Submit shareholder information

Select individual or institutional shareholders, complete the corresponding name, ID and company information, then submit for review.

Prepare before you start

Entity materials Registered merchant name, Business license, Business category MCC code

Online entry points App download link, or mini program APPID

Legal representative materials ID type, ID number, validity period, and front and back of the ID.

Shareholder materials Individual or institutional shareholder information, filled in according to the actual ownership structure.

Once materials are ready, you can submit online.
